Founded by Someone Who Never Quite Got Over the First Big Trip
Still Out There Co. was founded by Steve Dispensa, a lifelong entrepreneur who built his work around a simple idea: life is better when you leave room for the world.
Steve’s first big trip was a month-long group tour through Europe. It had everything that makes travel addictive when you’re young: strangers becoming friends, late nights in unfamiliar cities, long bus rides, ridiculous inside jokes, and the feeling that the world had suddenly gotten a lot bigger.
After that, he was hooked.
He built a lifestyle that let him keep traveling year after year — sometimes solo, sometimes with friends, sometimes chasing family roots and old connections across the globe. Along the way, he also planned and led multiple trips for friends and family.
But over time, one thing became clear: the magic of that first trip was never just the places.
It was the people.
Still Out There Co. was built to recapture that feeling for adults who are not looking for a backpacker party bus, a retirement tour, or another vacation where everyone disappears into their own itinerary.
