Information you share
Enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, trip interest, room preference, and any message you provide. Newsletter forms record whether you ask to receive trip announcements. Roommate forms collect the habits and preferences you choose to share, along with your acceptance of the participation agreement.
How it is used
We store submissions in our private command center to respond to enquiries, keep relevant trip records, manage requested updates, and help with roommate matching. We use AI-assisted tools to help organize enquiries and prepare replies for review. Roommate health, accessibility, and personal-comfort answers are used for room assignments; please share only what is relevant.
Campaign and technical information
We record the page and campaign links associated with your enquiry, referral information, and the time you submit. This helps us understand which trips and campaigns people respond to. Campaign visit details are kept in your browser’s local storage across visits, until you clear that storage, and are attached to a form when you submit it. This includes the first recorded visit and the latest tagged campaign visit. If persistent storage is unavailable, we use session storage or the current page. A one-way hash of your network address is used to limit repeated form attempts.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, including which pages they visit and how they interact with the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information such as browser and device details, referring pages, and approximate location. We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers, or answers entered in our forms to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and successful trip enquiries from our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta receives page and event information and technical details from your browser, and may use cookies to associate this activity with your Meta account. We do not include the names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry answers, or roommate answers entered in our forms in these events. Meta’s privacy policy explains how Meta uses this information.
Service providers and booking
Website hosting and our internal tools process information needed to provide these services. Ireland reservations and payments are handled separately by Doc’s Tours through WeTravel. Their booking process has its own terms and privacy information. We do not collect payment-card details through these enquiry forms.
Your choices
Future-trip marketing is optional. You can ask us to stop sending updates or ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing steve@stilloutthere.co. Some booking or operational records may need to be retained.
